Brayden Schenn has been recalled by the Philadelphia Flyers. The top prospect was acquired via trade from the Los Angeles Kings, and Schenn could make his debut Thursday when the Flyers host the Washington Capitals.

A very light NHL slate Wednesday features the Winnipeg Jets visiting Toronto for the first time in 15 years. The last time the teams met, the game ended in a 3-3 tie.
-Los Angeles Kings win home debut
The Los Angeles Kings were saving their offense for the Staples Center. L.A. netted five goals against the St. Louis Blues Tuesday night. Anze Kopitar, Dustin Brown, and Jarrett Stoll each had a goal while newly acquired Simon Gagne scored twice. Jonathan Quick added 27 saves for his 15th career shutout.
