Tampa Bay Lightning 1 at Minnesota Wild 3 – Steven Stamkos put the ‘Ning up 1-0 in the first period but Minnesota responded with the next three goals. Our guy Cal Clutterbuck tied the game up with his seventh goal and was aided in the second period by Pierre-Marc Bouchard who shot in the winner. The Wild added a third period goal by Mikko Koivu.

Dallas Stars 3 at Colorado Avalanche 1Eric Nystrom scored five minutes into the game giving the Stars a lead they wouldn’t give up. For Colorado, this was yet another home loss which just seems to be common place anymore. Michael Ryder scored twice in the third period to assure Dallas road points.

Nashville Predators 2 at Edmonton Oilers 1 – Edmonton struck first in the game but was unable to keep the lead as Nashville scored in each of the last two periods. Shea Webber knocked in a powerplay goal and Nick Spaling provided the winner 12 minutes into the final period.

San Jose Sharks 0 at Los Angeles Kings 2Jonathan Quick had 33 saves Ethan Moreau scored a wrister and that proved enough to beat the Sharks on MNH. For good measure, Mike Richards put in his 11th goal of the year during the second period, and the Kings continue to prove they have a new attitude this year.
